Join CREDITINFO EESTI Product team as a Growth Product Manager who will be a pivotal player within the product team, focusing on accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our digital channels tailored to private individuals and the SME segment. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a test-learn-scale mindset to implement growth strategies that enhance our user base and cross-sales. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, data analytics, and customer service, to identify growth opportunities and optimize user experience.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative growth strategies to attract and retain users and increase sales on our digital channels, with a focus on the private and SME segments.
  • Identify user pain points and collaborate with product teams to enhance the user experience of the retail segment.
  • Collect user feedback through user research.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and achieve KPIs.
  • Compile market research, stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to inform growth initiatives.
  • Regularly update and engage with senior management and relevant stakeholders on growth performance and strategic direction.
  • Take responsibility as business/product owner for some of the non-technical products like Strongest and Market review.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in growth hacking, growth marketing or product roles, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques is preferred
  • Creative thinker with a track record of executing innovative growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with product management and user experience design principles.
  • Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication in Estonian and English.
