We at Creditinfo Estonia are looking for Strategic Account Manager to join our team.
The primary role is to develop and build long-term relationships with the biggest companies in Estonia.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the assigned portfolio and manage clients proactively
- Acting upon opportunities that drive retention, growth, and reactivation, monitoring new potential corporate clients
- Analyzing performance of your portfolio, key KPI’s
- Drive product usage in order to achieve and exceed sales, market share and profitability targets across the territory for all promoted products
- Build strong and lasting relationships with relevant stakeholders and support them appropriately for the good of the client and stakeholders
- Work with internal peers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of account plans
Qualifications
- University degree
- Sales experience preferably in finance sector min. 2-3 years
- Good communication skills
- Proactive can-do attitude, can handle stressful situations and conversations with the corporate client
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills
- Able to work independently, setting own goals
- Excellent level of writing and listening in Estonian and English
