Users without an account and registered users who don’t have a Proff XL account, can now see updated company views in the e-Krediidiinfo portal. We have improved both the content of company views and the design. Now all information can be accessed from one place, making company background checks even easier.

Users without an account and users registered with e-Krediidiinfo who don’t have a Proff XL account, can see the following information about every Estonian company:

• General information
• Company contact details
• Debt information – current status of Tax and Customs Board (MTA) claims, number of unsubmitted declarations
• Financial information – taxes paid and taxable turnover by quarter, financial indicators from the latest annual report (sales revenue, net profit, share/stock capital, equity, balance sheet total), sales revenue by sector
• Number of employees with history – based on the employment register as well as the annual report
• Current related persons
• Business activities
• Valid licenses and activity notices
• Official announcements
• Number of real estate properties

To provide a quick overview of a company, we added the following at the beginning of the view:

• Current status of MTA claims: When viewing a company card, a query is made to check the company’s claim status with the Tax and Customs Board
• Whether ultimate beneficial owners have been declared to the Business Register: According to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act, companies are obliged to disclose their beneficial owners through the Business Register
• Submission of the annual report: Submission of the annual report to the register is mandatory. If a company fails to do so, in addition to being fined, the legal entity may also be deleted from the register for not fulfilling the reporting obligation.
