Court judgments in e-Krediidiinfo reports

14. Apr 2026

Court judgment information is now available in e-Krediidiinfo reports for both companies and private persons, providing additional input for background checks and helping to anticipate potential risks. The court judgment view helps identify recurring patterns and themes that may indicate risks and supports more informed decisions in cooperation, credit, and employment-related contexts.

Court judgments have been added to the following reports:

  • company reports: Krediidiraport, Faktiraport and Credit Report
  • private person reports: Eraisiku krediidiraport, Eraisiku faktiraport, Taustakontroll töösuhtes and Credit Report on Private Person

The reports display court judgments published in the Riigi Teataja where the text of the judgment enables identifying a connection to the respective company or person. The information is based on the substantive analysis of judgment texts and highlights cases where the company or person appears in the context of proceedings. A direct link to the Riigi Teataja court judgments search results for the respective company or person is provided in the report for viewing the full text of the judgment.
