Creditinfo Estonia Welcomes Oksana Tolmatshova as CEO

Oksana Tolmatshova’s career has taken her from banking to fintech and technology companies. In June, she joined Creditinfo Estonia as CEO, bringing with her experience in scaling companies, developing new business areas, and leading international business.

A journey from banking to technology companies

Most recently, Oksana was the co-founder and CEO of Esgrid, an AI-powered procurement platform. Before that, she led the fintech company Pocosys and, after the company joined the Opera Group, continued working in Opera’s financial services unit, where she contributed to business development in European markets.

Her career also includes experience at Hansabank and Swedbank Baltics, where she worked across various areas of business operations, payments, and products.

Throughout her career, Oksana has worked in both fast-growing technology companies and large international organizations. This has given her experience in scaling companies, developing new business areas, and leading teams at different stages of development.

An important role in Estonia’s business environment

According to Oksana, she was drawn by the opportunity to join a company that plays an important role in Estonia’s business environment.

“The role of Creditinfo in supporting companies, financial institutions, and the public sector is very important. I see many opportunities to help clients make better decisions and further develop solutions that create value for companies as well as for the Estonian economy more broadly,” said Tolmatshova.
