We have supplemented Creditinfo’s Principles of Personal Data Processing with a new Chapter 12 describing the processing of personal data in connection with the use of Creditinfo’s Account Portal and AI services, including the MCP service.

The amendment relates solely to the new service and the processing of personal data associated with its use. No material changes have been made to the provision of Creditinfo’s existing services, the personal data processed within those services, or the existing purposes or legal bases for such processing.

The new Chapter 12 applies to the use of the Account Portal and AI services from 22 September 2026. As this amendment concerns the use of a new service and does not change the terms of existing services or the processing of personal data carried out within those services, the usual advance notice period applicable to existing services is not required for this amendment.
