We Are Hiring: Strategic Account Manager

We at Creditinfo Estonia are looking for Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

The primary role is to develop and build long-term relationships with the biggest companies in Estonia.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of the assigned portfolio and manage clients proactively
  • Acting upon opportunities that drive retention, growth, and reactivation, monitoring new potential corporate clients
  • Analyzing performance of your portfolio, key KPI’s
  • Drive product usage in order to achieve and exceed sales, market share and profitability targets across the territory for all promoted products
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with relevant stakeholders and support them appropriately for the good of the client and stakeholders
  • Work with internal peers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of account plans

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Sales experience preferably in finance sector min. 2-3 years
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive can-do attitude, can handle stressful situations and conversations with the corporate client
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Able to work independently, setting own goals
  • Excellent level of writing and listening in Estonian and English
